On - Ramp

New to CrossFit?

Come for a free class trial, no obligation to sign up! If you love it, we will book you in for an on-ramp session with one of our coaches to go through the fundamental  movements of CrossFit. We want to make sure that all of our members are using the correct technique and get the most out of every class. 

Each on-ramp session is $40. We recommend 1 - 3 sessions.

Hybrid Class

Available to all members

Join Level 2 CrossFit Coach and CrossFit Gymnastics coach - Glen Martin & National level weightlifter with a Bachelor of Sport, Xavier Albert for an expertise hybrid class.

We run a specialised bootcamp during school terms at CrossFit 7010.​This bootcamp is for anyone. No matter where you are on your health and fitness journey, this is for you!​Join the Fit for life community, improve your health, increase your fitness, have fun and be coached by qualified, passionate and knowledgeable coaches. ​Starting 18th November.​ The last bootcamp for the year! (normally a 6 week program)

Time: 6:35pm - 7:30pm

When: Monday's & Wednesday's

Where: CrossFit 7010, 8 Forests Road, Stoke ​​

$135 for 10 sessions - pay in full or talk to us about our options.

Open Gym space

Is on open gym space that is available to all of our unlimited members. The open gym space is available 7 days a week from 5am - 7:30pm! This gives our members the opportunity to work on some skills and strength. What you will find the the gym is;
