CrossFit is a fitness program that’s been around for over 20 years and is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
Workouts (or WOD's) incorporate elements from High Intensity Interval Training, Olympic weightlifting, Plyometrics, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Strongman and other exercises.
CrossFit is an effective, fun and inexpensive training method for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

We believe in our programming and the CrossFit methodology, so we start all prospective new members with a free introductory class.
Our friendly coaches will work closely with new members, giving them the opportunity to feel the vibe we have whilst getting a fun, safe workout too. It’s the perfect way for you to see what we're all about and if our facility is a good fit for you. We’ll also answer all your questions about membership, programs, and pricing.
Our classes are designed to be all inclusive and supportive. CrossFit is hard work so don’t expect it to be easy, but do expect to have loads of fun with like-minded people.
Our classes involve warm-up, technique, bodyweight exercises and weighted exercises with a focus on functional movement. The best part is that everyday is different!
